The projects

The three projects were all delivered in a live environment and entailed the complete refurbishment of the sales area to introduce Louis Vuitton’s brand new store concept. After successfully completing Louis Vuitton's impressive Singaporean flagship in Marina Bay Sands, ISG was awarded its Galeries Lafayette store, before securing Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne. The first two refurbishments required expansion, and works to both front and back of house. Whereas the store on Avenue Montaigne, which was placed in the Haussmanian Building, included numerous structural modifications as two outlets were refurbished to create one large store.

Both the Galeries Lafayette and Avenue Montaigne stores were delivered throughout the year, with finish dates in December and November respectively - as a result the ISG teams worked very hard to minimise disruption to shoppers and staff during the Christmas and pre-Christmas period. By engaging with our customer, its staff and stakeholders, all three Louis Vuitton stores reopened on schedule with glowing reviews from its loyal customers and the media.
