Overview
ISG has delivered 12 clubs for David Lloyd including, the complex project in London’s West End at PointWest in Cromwell. The project was surrounded on three sides by tube lines yet we were required to build underground and on top of a Sainsbury’s supermarket.
The project included a swimming pool which was constructed four levels down in the basement, below the water table. Despite the challenges, the project was delivered on time and on budget due to ISG’s early involvement and value engineering.
