Introduction

ISG in Hong Kong has successfully delivered a new office fit out for a global financial institution at Two ifc in Central.

ISG’s relationship with the customer was established in 2005 and this is ISG’s ninth project appointment by the repeat customer.

The project

Appointed as the management contractor, ISG’s scope of works involves the main contracting works and critical mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering works to support the customer’s trading operations.

Situated in a premium grade A commercial development in Hong Kong, the 22,000 sq ft new workplace environment adopts a new global design originated in Chicago. The office relocation also builds on the firm’s ambition for continued growth in the marketplace.

The project was carried out in an operational and multi-tenanted building and the challenging programme involved night and weekend works to accommodate noisy works.

The project was successfully handed over in September, following a construction period of seven months.
