Overview
ISG was appointed as management contractor for the construction of Citadel’s new 22,000 sq ft corporate office. The management contract route was recommended for this project due to the very tight project timeline.
Designed by HOK, the space consists of two IDF rooms, a 76-position trading floor, meeting rooms, and reception and waiting area. From the commencement of design through procurement to construction, the office was delivered on time and under budget in 16 weeks.
