Colin has 35 years’ experience, working in operational environments, investments and account management. He has worked across a number of sectors, predominantly in healthcare, driving improvements for better patient outcomes. Since 2019 he has been contributing to central NHS teams to support emergency projects and development of areas such as training, reducing climate change, social value and modern methods of construction.

Neal has a BSc (Hons) in building surveying and is the programme director for the Welsh Government's £3.8bn Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme. Prior to returning to education infrastructure, Neal spent eleven years heading up Cadw’s 'Properties in Care', leading conservation, capital development, FM and asset management.
