ISG was awarded the project to transform a building in Maidenhead into Volvo’s new UK headquarters. A Cat B fit out was carried out to the three-storey building, which involved reconfiguring the internal space to provide general office accommodation.

The Project

A major requirement of the project involved remodelling and strengthening the ground floor to allow Volvo to showcase their cars within the main reception and meeting space.

The ISG team took occupation of the ground floor from shell and carried out works to the high-level services, which included significant upgrades to existing services, in addition to the installation of a modern data and communication infrastructure. Works to the first and second floor included the construction and fit out of meeting rooms, a central equipment room, tea points and breakout spaces, as well as furniture installations.
