Overview

In the heart of Central London, just off Oxford Street, housed within a former fabric and car showroom, The Sanderson is a grade A listed  building. ISG adopted a flexible schedule that would fit around the hotel, minimising disruption whilst maximising productivity & efficiency. This enabled the on and off site works to proceed as quickly as possible providing a commercial benefit to the hotel.

The Project

ISG was chosen to refurbish the hotel rooms and reception areas of the luxurious Sanderson Hotel. The aim was to keep its place at the forefront of luxury fashion, popular with the world’s young media and entertainment professionals.

Another critical aspect was the communication between the contractor, customer and customer's design team based in New York and LA. To ensure that there were no delays, the team factored this into the communication programme and information release schedules.
