Introduction
Makeup artist to the stars, Charlotte Tilbury, appointed ISG to fit out her store in London’s Westfield White City Shopping Centre.
We performed a total refurbishment of the existing retail unit in just ten weeks.
The project
The project took place inside a live shopping centre environment. The team had to make sure that all deliveries were booked in advance and all permits were obtained.
We also adapted to the client’s design and brief changes that occurred throughout the duration of the project.
ISG’s joinery team manufactured the fixtures and mid floor gondolas in their workshop in Whitstable.
On site, we installed new sprinkler and mechanical systems and new complex electrical installation.
ISG’s retail team worked inside a live environment in one of the biggest shopping centres in the UK. Despite this, the project was completed to an extremely high standard, feedback from Charlotte Tilbury herself was excellent, and even the management team at Westfield commented on the outstanding quality of the store.
