Overview

ISG has been appointed by Alliance Boots for a four-year framework which encompasses both new build and store refurbishment projects across Boots UK store network, which currently numbers in excess of 2,470 outlets.

Boots will be investing around £35 million per year across the course of the framework to both expand its portfolio of stores on the high street, in out-of-town locations, within airports and refurbish and enhance existing outlets.

The Project

Fit out of this store began in October 2013, with just eight weeks to configure the space to Boots’ requirements. This included a full strip out and fit out in line with the new brand. A number of well-known Boots departments were created across two floors including a pharmacy, food, photographic and fragrance retail space.
