Introduction
ISG delivered a bespoke office fit out for international law firm Stephenson Harwood.
Based at 1 Finsbury Circus, the new London base encompassed eight floors at the Grade II listed building.
The project
Due to the listed facade, each of the office walls required different detail to ensure the acoustics were up to a high standard, which was a high priority for the law firm.
The new office space covered 132,000 sq ft, eight floors and took 32 weeks to complete.
The design was mostly traditional cellular offices, alongside new meeting rooms which were installed for client meetings. A large auditorium and fine dining facilities provided staff with functional areas to meet, eat and relax throughout the day.
Throughout the build, ISG fitted out the bottom floor for another tenant. Each team worked together and all noisy works were undertaken at night, outside of working hours.
