Introduction
We created a high tech, comfortable office space for global real estate service provider Savills.
We worked across seven of the buildings’ eight floors during an 18 week programme, transforming a total of 88,000 sq ft.
The project
We created an agile workspace with hot desks, high specification meeting suites, video conferencing facilities, collaboration zones and quiet areas.
On the ground floor we created a client business café and conference suite, fitted with a bi-folding wall for space flexibility. A centrepiece staircase connects the ground to the first floor.
The Savills headquarters fit out project achieved an “Excellent” rating, with a score of 79.58% under the BREEAM Offices 2008 assessment scheme.
