Overview

In 2013, ISG fitted out 18 independent beauty brand concessions in John Lewis, Kingston in ten days utilising a collaborative approach.

Phase one of the project saw the two existing atria located at the centre of the store infilled and replaced with a structural steel support frame. A concrete floor was also laid on a metal decking to create new atria to separate the Waitrose and John Lewis sales floor areas.

The second stage was a refurbishment of the ground floor of the department store. ISG has since been awarded three further stores under John Lewis Partnership including the department store at WestQuay, Southampton.
