Introduction
ConnectTVT is an innovation hub providing desk space, mentoring and events for technology start-ups based in the Thames Valley region. Located at Green Park, Reading, ConnectTVT initially relocated to 250 South Oak Way as part of a PR stunt during Thames Valley Tech Week in November 2014. The customer continued to lease the space from the business park owners, Oxford Properties, and we were recruited to re-model the office within a week.
The project
We provided budget, design and functionality advice, as well as free management services to help deliver a flexible and creative ‘drop-in’ facility for the ConnectTVT customers. We modified the existing Cat A building services installation, built new walls and altered the ceiling layout to create an open plan office, conference and presentation suite. We installed a kitchenette and supported the roll-out of ConnectTVT’s new audio visual and furniture installation.
“ISG turned it around in a week – it was absolutely amazing. They fitted the kitchen, painted all the walls, sorted all the flooring and kitted out the meeting room. They were really flexible, professional and friendly. They just couldn’t have done enough to help us.”
