The regeneration of Liverpool Lime Street has been shortlisted for Commercial Development of the Year at the Insider Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2019.
The £39 million scheme has transformed the iconic street, bringing the city’s history to life through intricate façade artwork designed by famous local artist Anthony Brown.
Delivered by ISG for Ion Development, the scheme has been a monumental success and now boasts over 28,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, a 412-bed student accommodation block and a 101-room Premier Inn hotel.
The project is one of three up for the award in Liverpool on June 6, with judges looking for evidence of quality, delivery on-time and on-budget and commercial success since becoming operational.
