ISG's American Club Hong Kong project featured in Construction Plus

ISG in Hong Kong has completed the first phase of a refurbishment project for The American Club Hong Kong, a private high-end country club situated in Tai Tam, Hong Kong. 

The project has been featured on Construction+, a leading publication in the construction industry across Asia.

The project involved complex addition and alterations works spanning 7,000 sq ft across the club’s facilities, including the addition of superstructures for an open space bar and installation of a new filtration system for its infinity plunge pool – which overlooks the Tai Tam harbour cliffs edge, providing stunning, panoramic sea views.

Another highlight of the revamp scheme was the upgrade of the club’s squash courts. 

One of its two courts was renewed, while the other was converted into two multifunctional high-tech golf simulators and a self-serve bar. 

The new facilities provide members with more choices of recreational activities while continuing to attract new members.

ISG also upgraded the club’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with highly-efficient modern units, including three new air-cooled chillers which service the entire club, and a replacement gas-heated domestic water system.

The complex refurbishment was successfully delivered over a period of nine months.
