The Project
ISG refurbished 496 student bedrooms and 75 kitchens located within 78 flats. New reception and common room areas were also formed within the 12-storey block. Consultation with the students was undertaken and the results analysed before decisions were made in relation to the common room fixtures, finishes and general ambience. External communal spaces were also taken into consideration during the consultation and views gathered before final decisions were made.
