The Project

Spanish wholesaler of home goods Radlin Develops employed ISG’s engineering expertise to carry out the replacement of their office VRF air-conditioning system and perform repairs to the building’s roof at 33 Cornhill London. 

The project team stripped out existing condensers, pipe work, wiring, fan coil units and replaced them like-for-like across five floors comprising 10,000 sq ft. During the project the team required access to tenanted areas in order to remove ceilings and fan coil units, requiring clear communciation to ensure all parties were informed about activity in the building. Accordingly, all works were delivered at night to avoid any inconvenience and disruption to the tenant’s daily activities.
