Overview
In spring 2014 ISG completed a 40-week programme for the £15m scheme in Primark Cardiff. The two-phase project comprised of the conversion of a former BHS store into a brand new 120,000 sq ft Primark flagship for the South of Wales. Located in the city centre, the project was logistically challenging and required the erection of a crane to facilitate site logistics and steel installation which was removed in December.
The Project
This project is one of three awarded to ISG following the success of the Manchester store in early 2013. The other projects include Hammersmith and Lewisham. ISG also work with Primark in France.
