Steve Ramsden, ISG’s managing director in Southeast Asia and Middle East, joined Allon van de Bergh, CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), Mansi Tewari, associate, AAID - Allen Architecture Interiors Design, and Darren Taylor, global head of client relations, INC, to discuss Sustainability in the Corporate Real Estate. They reflected on the connection between corporate real estate design and employee engagement and retention, and the importance of how green building practices can improve workspace.

Speaking of the value of leveraging on the new changes in the commercial real estate and ESG dynamics to drive future growth and meet the evolving requirements of clients, Steve said: “The importance of getting real estate right extends beyond individual businesses. Our city(ies) and institutions have a proud history of attracting the best the globe has to offer, something which is key in boosting local economies and communities, particularly as we look to support growth and spread opportunity. ISG’s latest research Sustainable Buildings Monitor in the UK states that with less focus on footfall and commutability, asset valuation must be as flexible and multifaceted as the market.
