This was ISG Middle East WELL project in the region and met all of the clients strict, confidential requirements.

Our approach is gaining recognition – our award-winning retrofit at Wellington House in London, UK, for developer, Columbia Threadneedle, was widely praised by the judging panel at Architects Journal for the AJ Retrofit Awards and the local community alike for a transformation that nearly doubled its lettable space and utilised sustainable features, including photovoltaic panels and a green roof.
