Overview

This project consisted of three complete floors totalling 5236 sq m in Tower 3 at Sowwah Square on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. Each of the three floors averaged 1745 sq m, and consisted of a mixture of open-plan, cellular offices, filing storage, print/plotter rooms, pantries, meeting rooms and a staff lounge. Finishes were high end with bespoke broadloom carpets in all meeting rooms, VIP Lounge and Executive offices. Fabric wall panels feature in all cellular offices that also include magnetic glass whiteboards.
