One such place is our Two Central Square scheme for Rightacres in Cardiff, which sits adjacent to BBC headquarters and is the second of a trio of projects that are creating a vibrant gateway to the Welsh capital. As part of the scheme we also delivered high end spaces, including the headquarters for law firm, Hugh James – an office space recognised as the British Council for Offices (BCO) Best Corporate Workplace in South England and South Wales. Outside the UK, we delivered end user fit outs for Asia's leading property investment, management and development groups. These award-winning workspaces are distinct in design and functionality, specially tailored for top industry talents and hybrid working needs.

A case in point is our refurbishment and extension of the seven-storey White Chapel Building in London, which sits between two underground rail stations. Working above a busy train line, our team relied on careful planning, working closely with Transport for London (TfL) to avoid disruption to the underground network and the new cycle superhighway, which was taking shape outside the building.

Our partnership with Hong Kong Land in Singapore spans three major projects across six years where ISG completed the base building refurbishment of the main lobbies, drop off areas and facade of One Raffles Link, an office development by world-renowned architect, Kohn Pedersen Fox and Aedas LPT Architects. Our project team completed upgrading works in a live, tenanted environment, and delivered the company’s ultramodern and sustainable workplace at One Raffles Quay, a key contributor in the company’s growing real estate portfolio in Singapore’s thriving business district.
