ISG to fit out DB Schenker Asia Pacific Headquarters

DB Schenker has awarded ISG a major refurbishment project to revitalise its Asia-Pacific regional headquarters in Singapore. Occupying 40,000 sq ft across three levels, the space will be transformed into a newly rejuvenated workplace that includes multi-functional area, a central communal zone, breakout sections, an innovation space with an accompanying bar, client meeting suites, quiet focus booths, a collaborative corner, and cafeteria.

Following successful fit out deliveries for logistics & distribution giants like Ocean Network Express and Maersk in Singapore, ISG will deliver for DB Schenker premium fit out works including all project planning, building design, testing and commission of the full suite of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection installations, as well as IT and security set up works.

Architectural finishes range from acoustic panelling to bespoke ceiling finishes using shipping pallets, with wall finishes in meeting areas providing visual vibrancy and soundproofing for privacy, while an integrated security system complete with digital features and turnstiles ensure that the new workplace has the most advanced security safeguards in place.
