Overview

ISG provided turnkey services for the fit out of the company’s 2,000 sq m Zurich office, which with a set occupancy date, required a fast–track programme. The result was a stunning refurbishment with a range of high quality and complex finishes such as glass, stone and high specification joinery. Feature lighting was used throughout the project, both in the open-plan and cellular office space and the executive boardroom. The project also entailed the fit out of two private apartments, along with the rejuvenation of a roof space. In total the project was delivered over a 12-week period, of which four were pre-construction allowing eight for the actual construction. An additional challenge was posed by the project coinciding with the summer period; this was overcome by careful attention to orders, lead times and logistics.
