ISG is creating new jobs in Central Europe. Since the beginning of the year, 24 new employees have been hired at the offices in Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. The number of employees has thus grown by 15 per cent since February 2020 to currently 155. New management positions have been taken on by Gulistan Baghistani-Berse (39) as overall Head of Supply Chain Management, Andreas Gruber (41) as Operations Director for the whole of Switzerland, Resul Kilic (45) and Kerult Kuttler (50) as Project Directors at the Frankfurt and Cologne offices. Baghistani-Berse has come from Apleona, Gruber previously worked at Porr Suisse AG, Kuttler has moved from Art-Invest to ISG and Kilic has come from the Freiburg-based project developer UNMÜSSIG. ISG will continue to focus on personnel growth in the future and has launched its own new online career centre for this purpose.

Aydin KaradumanManaging Director Europe: "Regardless of the current circumstances, we intend to continue our ambitious growth plans in Central Europe. The foundation for this is provided by a strong customer base with expansion plans that we intend to implement with medium-sized clients. In terms of personnel, we are not only expanding across the board, but are also purposefully creating new management positions. The aim is to expand our service and customer proximity with new central locations and experienced experts on site."

As Head of Supply Chain Management, Gulistan Baghistani-Berse is responsible for strategic purchasing and maintaining supplier relationships at ISG. The position was newly created, among other things, as a preventive measure for the change in supply chains envisaged during the Covid-19 pandemic. Her tasks include the central control of procurement management for all projects and the establishment of sustainable and efficient supplier management. ISG is increasingly relying on local and certified suppliers as part of its sustainability strategy. The graduate in business administration most recently held the same position at Apleona (formerly Bilfinger Real Estate). Andreas Gruber, as Operations Director for Switzerland, and Resul Kilic and Kerult Kuttler, as Project Directors in Frankfurt and Cologne respectively, will act as an interface between the client and the project team and support the strategic expansion of the respective branches.
