International construction service provider ISG has successfully acquired four new major projects totalling over 60 million euros in the first quarter of this year. In Frankfurt, the company is delivering tenant fit out for a global financial institution for around eleven million euros, covering an area of 3,700 square meters. Additionally, ISG is delivering an office refurbishment for a globally active executive search firm as a tenant for two million euros, spanning 4,500 square meters. The client is a pan-European investment company. In the Rhineland, ISG is responsible for refurbishing an office building with 20,000 square meters for a DAX corporation. The project value amounts to nine million euros, with completion scheduled for the end of the year. The order volume in Berlin is around 40 million euros, where ISG is also delivering the office fit out of 26,000 square meters for another DAX corporation, a centrally located new building quarter with a total rental area of almost 134,000 square meters.

“The newly acquired projects clearly demonstrate a massive demand across industries for modern, ESG-compliant office spaces. However, projects of this type and size only emerge at certain locations, which is why we focus our attention on the metropolitan regions of Munich, Berlin, and the Rhine-Main area in Germany.”

Daniel Ngai-Kocher, ISG Managing Director for Central Europe

ISG is responsible for redesigning the office spaces and renewing the technical building equipment at all three locations. Ngai-Kocher adds: "We are experiencing increasing demand for our revitalization expertise, which we also implement for usage conversions."

As a general contractor ISG is currently delivering seven fit out projects nationwide with a total value of 110 million euros. Furthermore, there are 17 additional projects worth over 55 million euros in Luxembourg and Switzerland, which are also part of the Central European business region.
