ISG has completed bespoke refurbishment works behind 326 smart rooms and suites, and a fully integrated front-of-the-house (FOH) at the all-new Pullman Singapore Orchard - the first Pullman Hotel in Singapore, brought to our shores by New Park Property and Accor. As an up-and-coming mixed development destination, Pullman Singapore Orchard is built atop the Knightsbridge Shopping Centre, which puts it right in the middle of Orchard Road, Singapore’s most famous shopping strip.
Introduction
ISG partnered with CBRE and EDG Design to deliver the full suite of additions and alterations (A&A works) and quality fit out works including repainting, window upgrades, contemporary furniture installations, energy-efficient lighting, and critical mechanical and engineering works.
The project
Works by ISG cover the 326 smart guestrooms, as well as critical additions and alterations (A&A works) and a full suite of interior fit out works to the fully automated guest arrival hall at ground level, all-day dining destinations (Eden Restaurant & Bar), swimming pool amenities (P.S.O. Beach Club), porter lounge and junction area (Atelier Lounge), and two guest lobbies with a connecting time tunnel – all located at Level 4.
What we did
As the main contractor behind the refurbishment, ISG put in place an accelerated 16-week project delivery programme for Pullman Singapore Orchard’s Front of House, achieving 80,000 safe manhours with zero accidents, near-incidents, or complaints.A fully automated arrival hall

Reflecting the bold and playful spirit of luxury fashion brands, the multi-functional guestrooms and suites are designed to inspire limitless lifestyle experiences. Guests can check in online before arriving at the hotel or complete a fully contactless check-in at the elegant arrival hall.
The bespoke ceiling lighting feature in Arrival Hall is made up of over 700 LED lights with thousands of connections wired to a central control system panel by ISG. Metallic blue and gold chains inspired by the illuminating night sky complete the dramatic lighting effects reflected on the chic stone flooring below.

At the Eden Restaurant on Level 4, a stunning glasshouse with captivating views, gorgeous light-filled spaces, and an enchanting ambience awaits.

The floor-to-ceiling glass exteriors are designed to draw natural light into plush interiors designed to reflect the depth and versatility of Asia’s culinary heritage, delivered live from an adjacent show kitchen and bar. The classical hotel dining experience is reimagined to fit modern wellness and botanic needs, with French sophistication.
ISG created detailed 3D mockup visuals in-house with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to accelerate onsite works processes and alignment meetings with key stakeholders before full fit out works commenced for the restaurant, bar, show kitchen, lounge and rest spaces, and P.S.O. Beach Club – the only beach club in the heart of Orchard Road. The poolside deck area draws visitors in with luxurious cabanas, comfy sunbeds, and a leisurely swim with 360˚ instagrammable backdrops.
