ISG to deliver refurbishment behind debut of French hotel brand Pullman in Singapore
ISG has been appointed to deliver the refurbishment of the former Grand Park Hotel for the upcoming debut of Pullman Singapore Orchard, the French luxury five-star hotel brand’s very first flagship hotel at 270 Orchard Road in Singapore. This move follows ISG’s successful construction of Pullman Hotel Liverpool at the city’s waterfront which officially opened in 2016. The hotel was voted one of the Ultimate 100 British Hotels by The Sunday Times.

Leveraging its strong legacy in delivering hospitality projects in Singapore across more than two decades, ISG will deliver refurbishment works at Pullman Singapore Orchard for 309 guest rooms, suites, and executive lounges. The full suite of works encompasses repainting, window upgrades, contemporary furniture installations, lighting, and critical mechanical and engineering works.
As the main contractor for the hotel refurbishment, ISG will partner with interior designer, EDG Design, and Project Manager, CBRE to deliver mission-critical works across all seven floors of the rebranded property, creating cosmopolitan, bold, and edgy interiors to Pullman’s exacting standards, complete with French-inspired furnishings.

Set to be part of a mixed-use development occupying a prime location along Singapore’s Orchard Road shopping belt, Pullman Singapore Orchard will deliver upscale, hyperconnectivity, and sophistication to travelers through Pullman’s contemporary vision of comfort and symphony of bold prints and colours inspired by the belle époque of travel.

One of the fastest-growing brands in Accor’s premium segment, Pullman Singapore Orchard will be the latest addition to Pullman Hotels and Resorts’ network of over 140 properties in more than 40 cities worldwide.
Pullman Singapore Orchard is slated to open in Q4 2022.
