ISG is present at Expo Real 2023

The Expo Real 2023 took place from 4 to 6 October in Munich. Despite a subdued atmosphere, approximately 1,850 exhibitors and around 40,000 trade visitors came to Munich.
The Expo Real, alongside MIPIM in March in Cannes, is the most important real estate fair in Europe. Martyn Peters, Managing Director CEE, says, "At the Expo, we meet many existing and potential customers. The fair is an excellent opportunity to meet many important industry participants in a short time."
This year, various themes dominate the fair. The landscape is mixed, with both positive and negative aspects. On one hand, the current crisis following the rise in interest rates plays a significant role. Many discussions and panels revolve around prices, interest rates, and financing conditions. On the other hand, ESG is a major theme that cannot be ignored.
Many fair participants emphasize that ESG is an important criterion for the value stability and sustainability of a property. ISG's focus is on ESG-compliant refurbishment of office properties and the revitalisation of office portfolios.
