Our breadth of expertise gives us the ability to deliver a new build project, complex refurbishment or high-quality fit out to maximise the lettable floor area, and configure the space so it is adaptable to changing needs. 
 
Our work across a wide range of projects, from repurposing office space or retail outlets to building major logistics and distribution centres, means we also provide a turnkey offer for our clients – as demonstrated by our fit out project in the City-Point for ECE in Kassel, one of the European leader of shopping centre's. We delivered the food court in the lively 20,000 sqm marketplace including demolition, M&E and fit out works during the centre´s full operation. With detailed planning and a precise time scheduling the team kept the works at an absolute minimum to reduce the impact on customers and other tenants and handed over the new food court to an extremely satisfied customer.

A case in point is our end user fit out of the individual office levels and the reconstruction of the foyer and roof top of the nine-storey office building “Merrow” in Frankfurt, which took place during ongoing operations. Working above a doctors' surgery on the ground floor required careful planning and close coordination with the tenants and property management team to avoid any disruption.
