International construction services provider ISG, a specialist in fit out and refurbishment commercial real estate projects, has appointed Andrew Zacharias as the new Divisional Director for Luxembourg and Frankfurt. He reports directly to Daniel Ngai-Kocher, who became the Managing Director CEE, for Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland in April 2024. Andrew leads a team of 22 employees at ISG's key Frankfurt and Luxembourg locations. By 2027, ISG forecasts Andrew will be responsible for a project volume of circa 100 million euro in the office fit out sector, including renovation, refurbishment, and revitalisation projects for global banks and technology companies. Andrew holds a degree in Architectural Design and Technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University in UK and has been delivering fit out projects since 2007. In 2010, he joined ISG in the UK and has been based in Luxembourg since 2017.

"Andrew Zacharias contributes an in-depth knowledge of the particular needs of the banking and financial services industry as well as technical office equipment, bringing expertise for our clients in two of our most important locations in Europe. His contribution helps ISG to best serve key office markets in Frankfurt and Luxembourg, with the ambitious, far-reaching goals faced by the financially strong tenants in these locations to modernise their portfolios towards New Work concepts and ESG compliance. We are striving to play a key role in shaping both processes."

Daniel Ngai-Kocher, Managing Director CEE, ISG

Over the past five years since ISG began operations in Luxembourg, Andrew’s has managed major projects of up to 50,000 sq m and circa 100 million euro. Andrew Zacharias emphasises: "Banks and financial service providers in particular have set the highest standards for their workspaces, encompassing sustainability certifications and high-quality materials to the latest technological innovations. Accordingly, there is an especially high-growth potential in Frankfurt and Luxembourg."
