Introduction
Design: Julio Touza
Creating the new CAJA RURAL DE ASTURIAS office has been a challenge for ISG. We had to be at the level of one of the national leaders in banking and make a workplace as modern and properly reinforced as its business model.
The project
For the execution of the site, our Project Manager, Jordi Bresco, led the refurbishment of the two premises that made up the branch. The design was entrusted to the architectural firm Julio Touza, headed by Luis Pardinas, who did a brilliant job. ISG had to take charge of the planning and shorten to the maximum the deadlines foreseen for the work. Nothing would have been possible without the coordination of teams. Guillermo Barrientos contributed his extensive experience as site foreman, assisted by our installation technician, Jesús Diez.
The work consisted of adapting the client's offices, implementing new installations and finishes. The façade joinery was maintained for the most part and the main challenge was the implementation of the bank's ATMs. For this, Jordi coordinated with the IT department and security companies to ensure the precaution required to complete the project. Within the estimated deadlines and under the guidance of our Health and Safety Manager, Álvaro Cano, we managed to execute the work and meet the client's expectations.
