Introduction
ISG provided fit out services for CEPSA in the Spanish capital, Madrid, inside one of the KIO Towers - the second tallest building in Madrid and one of it's most impressive. This was an important project, located in CEPSA’s head office and designed to set the brand’s office identity going forward.
The project
The client set up facilities in the building located in Paseo de la Castellana 259, Madrid. The project involved working across many of the building’s floors, including the ‘presidency’ suite, restaurant, cafeteria and entrance hall. We also changed established spaces to create various meeting rooms and a gym. We also performed works in the entrance hall. All of the above work was carried out in a live environment.
The project was divided in four phases. The first three phases focused on the floors where the offices were located. The fourth phase was dedicated to the floors with a more specific design. These included the ‘presidency’ suite, restaurant and cafeteria, entrance hall and gymnasium. We partitioned different areas and sections, grounds and ceilings, as well as provided soundproofing and interior finishing.
