Overview
ISG has delivered a vast range of educational facilities for Imperial College. Projects range in size and scope of complexity and include lecture theatres, research laboratories, aquatic and sporting amenities, as well as administration facilities and student accommodation.
The project
The project required demolishing, stripping and fitting out 7,500 sq ft of exisiting laboratories to provide new research labs and associated services. This included new Mechanical & Engineering services, medical supplies, an auditorium, relocation of the communications room, window repairs and the renewal of specialist laboratory furniture. The fit out element comprised of mostly laboratory areas (15 in total) with additional offices, a lecture theatre, a meeting room, and a communications room.
