ISG was awarded the €500,000 fit out of Pasabahce’s flagship store close to Milan’s fashion district. This represents the Turkish glassware giant’s first major foray into the Italian market, and is its only store in Continental Europe...

The project

ISG carried out a full fit out entailing ironmongery, gypsum and plasterboards, ceramic workmanship, painting and furniture installation.

The scope of work also included the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems throughout, as well as the installation and final commissioning of new retail management software. A critical part of the project was to produce changes to the executive design during the construction phase, in order to adapt a concept which had been conceived for Turkish department stores into an historic building in Italy.

Due to all furniture being produced in Turkey, ISG accommodated all changes needed for the final installation in store - demonstrating a flexible approach to this project. ISG achieved Absolute Completion on the project on 31 March 2015.
