ISG in Germany exhibited at student and industry networking fair, IKORO, at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences in Germany, as it seeks to unearth the next generation of talent.
Celebrating its 25th year, the fair welcomed over 6,000 students and 180 companies representing a number of different industries.
The German team, which was exhibiting at the event for the first time, took the opportunity to speak to students about the variety of career opportunities available at ISG.
Rainer Dolch, head of ISG’s Frankfurt branch, spoke about the professionalism and maturity on show at the event.
"It's fantastic how many interesting discussions we had with potential employees throughout the day, and I was impressed with the professionalism of the students,” he said.
The team were also informed of the breadth of courses on offer at the university, and Rainer discussed the benefit of attracting students from different educational backgrounds to construction.
‘’Many students we spoke to today study courses which we do not initially associate with our industry, however they have the potential and education to make a difference to our business as we move forward,’’ he said.
