Leading trade publication, New Steel Construction Magazine, has published an in-depth article on our new chemistry teaching building at Oxford University.
The double-spread feature titled, ‘Top marks for steel frame’, featured comments from ISG project manager, James Howard.
James discussed how cellular beam steelwork had revolutionised the delivery of the new chemistry teaching block, located on a tightly constrained site.
The building forms an integral part of Oxford University’s wider investment into its estates portfolio.
The new three-storey steel-framed extension will transform an existing 1960s university building into a suite of highly specified undergraduate laboratories for the Department of Chemistry.
