ISG has been named 34 in a top 100 list of the UK’s largest private companies, only a year since privatisation.
The Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 100, now in its 16th year, ranks Britain’s top private companies with the biggest sales.
The full list will appear in this week’s Sunday Times.
Compiled by the research and events company Fast Track, which publishes seven annual league tables in conjunction with The Sunday Times.
ISG became a private company in 2016 following a successful takeover bid by the US investor, Cathexis.
In April 2017, it reported strong financial growth in its first set of accounts as a private company, revealing a significant increase in underlying profit to £25.5m, and a net cash position of £60.8m.
The report also highlighted a forward order book of £1bn.
