Awarded as part of the North West Construction Hub Medium Value Framework, this project for the Education Funding Agency (EFA), involved the refurbishment of former Liverpool City Council offices at the Fairfield Community Centre, Liverpool.

The University of Sheffield wished to extend its Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC). We built an extension to the existing Factory of the Future building to provide capacity for an expanded Composite Centre.
Suffolk One is a centre for excellence in learning, providing both applied and vocational training for up to 2,000 16-19 year olds. This design & build project was a collaboration between Suffolk County Council, 14 regional education institutions and the Learning & Skills Council (LSC).

Our client required a complete renovation of the existing building into a brighter, more contemporary learning environment, flexible enough for future needs. The work needed to be completed during the summer holiday period and ready for the new academic year
