We substantially refurbished the iconic former home of the BBC World Service for Japanese owners Kato Kagaku. One of the largest commercial office refurbishment schemes to be awarded in 2013, the completed project - which was formerly known as Bush House and encompassed four buildings around a central courtyard and undercroft - was renamed Aldwych Quarter.
Manfield House was a very challenging scheme due to the complexity of the structural changes to the building and the fact that these had to be carried out while the restaurant and retail unit on the ground floor remained fully operational.
The £8.5m refurbishment of commercial office building 450 South Oak Way involved upgrading the building’s existing interior and infrastructure.
Extension works and refurbishment have transformed the building into a smart and functional space.
